Understanding Our New Billing Schedule

As Abundance Childcare continues to grow, we are transitioning to a new billing system where tuition is paid ahead of the week of care. This change helps us stay organized, maintain consistent operations, and better serve all families.

We understand that transitions take time, so we are working with families during this adjustment period. For now, payments made on Monday are still accepted, but we encourage everyone to begin getting ahead on their balance.

Moving forward, tuition will be due by Friday at 5 PM for the upcoming week of care. For example, payment due Friday, May 1st will cover care for May 4th–8th.
